Mold & Mildew |
If debris such as pollen and dirt is allowed to remain on the deck surface , mold can feed on the bio film. Using a hose and warm soapy water with a soft bristle brush is recommend to remove the food source and mold. |

Oil/Grease/ Food |
One way: All food spills should be removed as soon as possible. The surface must be cleaned within seven days to maintain the stain warranty. To remove, spray off with a hose and use warm, soapy water and a soft bristle brush to remove spills from embossing pattern. Another way for oil: The clear lacquer is some kind of oil paint, normally it is used for painting the wood furniture and it is transparent paint. It is a very common paint which is widely used in wood furniture plants. After painting such kind of transparent paint, thedecking boards could be refurbished. |

Scratch |
Slight scratch didn't matter a lot to the appearance of decking. A light metal brush or medium sanding paper can be used if you insisted on removing such scratch. |

General Dirt & Debris |
The affected area should be sprayed off with a hose to remove surface debris. Use warm soapy water and a soft bristle brush to remove dirt and debris from the embossing pattern |

Ice & Snow |
A plastic shovel may be used to remove snow from the deck. Use Calcium, chloride or rock salt to melt the snow and ice from the deck surface. |

Broken |
If replace the broken decking, you need to break the clips of both sides of the broken decking and then take the broken decking out, it's easy. |

Maintenance |
All exterior building materials require cleaning. Periodic cleaning will maintain the beauty of the deck. However, EverJade decking requires little maintenance. We recommend you to wash your deck once a year (in spring or summer) with water and soap ( a scrub brush if possible to act in the longitudinal sense of the boards). It's recommended to use a blade to clean the space between each board to keep a good drainage and ventilation. |

1. Q: Are you a factory or trading company?
A: Our trading company was established in 2006 and our ISO certificated factory was founded in 2005 .
2. Q: Where is your company and factory located? How can I visit you?
A: Our company is located in Jiaxing City, Zhejiang Province. It takes about 1 hour from Shanghai Hongqiao Airport and 1.5 hours from Shanghai Pudong Airport to our factory by car. All our clients, homeand abroad, are warmly welcome to visit us!
3.Q: What is the MOQ?
A : Usually our MOQ is 1x20ft (around 800sqm for decking). For trail order, we can negotiate.
4.Q:What is the length for the decking?
A: Our common length is 2.2m, 2.9m, 2.44m, 3.66m, 4.88m and 5.4m. We also provide customized length.
5. Q: How is the packing of the WPC?
A: We use fumigated wooden pallets with container easy-loading structure. The pallet will be covered with plastic film and tightened by belts. Customized packing is also workable with us.
